"Rules" is book about a girl named Catherine. She has a little brother named David. David has a horrible disease named Autism. She makes up rules to help here little brother.

Rules is about a girl named Catherine who has a little brother named David. David has a disease called Autism. Catherine makes these special rules for David and one is No toys in the fish tank. Then while she is at a special appointment for David and Catherine meets this kid who can not speak and he is in a wheelchair.
