The book is a great book! The main character is a boy named Marty. He has two sisters and a mom and dad. Marty finds a dog along a bank coming home after a hunt. The dog follows Marty all the way back to his house. After a few days the dog sits under a tree in Marty's yard. Then Marty's Dad wants to see if the dog belongs to a man named Judd Travers. Judd Travers is a nasty and mean man, he treats his dogs badly and kicks them. On the way to Judd's house Marty names the dog Shiloh, because that's where he found him-- at a bridge called Shiloh. If you want to know what happens to Shiloh and Marty, read the book.

Shiloh is about a dog named Shiloh who is owned by Judd Travers who is very mean. Marty finds Shiloh and decides to keep him. He doesn't even tell his parents about Shiloh. It is a very good book and you should read it if you like books about dogs.

Shiloh is a sad book. Its about a boy named Marty who sees a dog by a river. He tries to keep the dog but his parents say no because they think the dog is someone else. If you want to find out if he convinces his parents he could take care of the dog, read this book.
